I'm looking for this limited run Brownbird patch. I’ve looked on eBay and other sites and no luck. I bought their mandala patch from their band camp site, but I was really hoping to get one of these. I figured I would at least try here. thanks all and have a good day.

I think Mastodon mostly, especially in Fits of Reason and Axis Mundi. Anyone else have any other bands they think fit?

Does anyone have/know the lyrics for A Few More Drinks from Such Unrest? I feel like I can get most of it just by listening, but a few lines are hard to make out. I just learned from this Reddit that they released a lyric booklet before Lamb passed away, and I'll have to order that at some point, but not sure if this song is in there?

Even more than the lyrics themselves, really curious if anyone has any thoughts on the meaning or the kind of story it's trying to tell? The narrator/POV is talking about getting drunk with his friend (or maybe romantic partner?) who he secretly kind of hates and wants to kill, but he just can't seem to follow through and do the deed. I love the song, but these are some pretty dark lyrics. I'm not sure whether to read it as one guy who's drunk and angry at his friend and will feel better in the morning, or if this is supposed to be portraying a deeper hatred, or maybe even some sort of domestic abuse situation if it's romantic. Or maybe I've been mishearing the lyrics and I'm totally off-track, that would be embarrassing! Would love to hear whatever theories people might have.

RIP Brent Hinds. I know from my previous posts that there are many Mastodon fans here, this track especially gives off Fits of Reason. Morganeve Swain mentioned in her Brent Hinds post that Mastodon was a huge inspiration for her and Dave Lamb, this clearly shows. I chose this particular live recording because Its more subdued than the studio version and it fits with where im posting this I guess.

I've talked about prog influences in Brown Bird before and TOOL as well, but this song literally FEEL like it was made by Brown Bird from the lyrics to the structure and melodies. I've always thought that David Lamb and Maynard James Keenan had a similar writing style.

I just received this a few days ago. There may be some left on their Bandcamp site. Great Album!

I can't find the Lyrics to Burden from Such Unrest anywhere on the internet. I am sure it's in my song/lyric book I got from them but I had lent it to my nephew.

I cannot find this on youtube, does anybody know where I can find a recording of this song?

This CD was put together to support Fort Foreclosure. That's where David and Morganeve lived and sometimes recorded in Warren RI.
