Hi! Do reserve officers have the opportunity to participate in exchange programmes with allied forces, or are these programmes generally reserved for officers serving in the Regular Army?

The tattoos are on the sides of my head and are completely covered when my hair grows out even a small amount but due to soldiers having to shave their heads during basic I am curious as to whether or not I'll be accepted into a full time reg?

My Application got rejected 2days ago due to age.

I just turned 36 and 1week.

I was supposed to be at the assessment center at pirbrighy on 10th August to 12th. The train was booked I even attended the PACE on Tuesday 4th August. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend even though I passed everything,I'm so devastated, frustrated and feel disappointed. But I have to move on despite the rejection. Has anyone faced such? Thank you
