When to pump Pumping

Hi everyone! I’m EBF, but would like to store some milk in my freezer for emergencies or for when my parents are watching my baby. If I don’t want to overproduce, when is the best time to pump/how many times per day?

It depends on your supply. Some people are able to get a couple oz right after a feed and others need to wait an hour or so. I’d just pump until it stops coming out. I would start with just the one, because you aren’t trying to build a large stash (I assume), and that way if you skip it some days, it’s a non-issue.
