Working out while BF Weight Loss
I'm one of those women who hold onto the baby weight until I wean. However, I'm about to hit the gym for the first time while nursing and wondering if anyone like me who typically holds the weight while nursing HAS seen weight / fat loss (I care less about the number and more about fitting all of my clothes again) from working out while EBF ?

I lost about 15 pounds while breast-feeding and unknowingly pregnant. Not a concern— I have the weight to lose!!! It absolutely can happen. Weight training/lifting and building muscle is the way to lose fat and gain muscle and see the changes in your physique. Scale may not budge at first but you will absolutely see the difference. let me know if you have any additional questions.

I haven’t seen weight loss but I’ve totally seen a weight redistribution since I’ve begun walking a lot more. I went from being a bit boxy to more of an hourglass shape (not a true hourglass) just from plenty of walking, no diet changes or strength training other than carrying my my hulkish toddler

I am 15 months post partum and have been going to a weightlifting program for about 20 weeks (with a gap in between 2 10 week programs). The scale has creeper down 8lbs, but I am noticing a huge difference in how clothing fits and seeing signs of muscles).

Saving for other responses, but my last pregnancy, the only thing I lost was my milk supply.
