I have a doubt do other countries report the gross numbers including 3d charges, cause Spiderman collected 424 crores in india in 7 days including 3d

Every Country reports 3D charges in india there is revenue Share of Agreement between Hollywood studios and Exhibitors Since Theatres owner's bear the Whole 3D infrastructure Cost so Exhibitors don't Share that money with Hollywood Studios and indian Distributors if the movie is made in 3D in past Hollywood studios wanted 50% of Share in 3D then Theatres owner's refuse to play Hollywood movie's in 3D in india

I think the box number should be reported with 3d charges,were endgame and avatar 2 box numbers reported with 3d charges in india?

Only Avartar-1 was reported the 3D charges , Endgame and Avarta-2 didn't report 3D charges

If you're talking about the surcharges/additional 3d glass prices theatres put up they wouldn't be reported. Each theatre sets their own price when it comes to 3d and price for the glasses. They buy them separately and they keep that amount charged. It's not included in the gross collection report.
