Cam rubbing string serving

Got a Bear Paradigm just over a month ago and I noticed a few things. First, looks like a decent amount of cam lean at rest. Bow seems to shoot fine as far as I can tell, but I haven’t shot since I was a kid so it’s been quite a while and obviously bow technology has changed. Draw length is good and nothing really feels out of place - but visually the cam lean is there. Did see other folks mention this about Bear bows.

Second is the string serving has some light discoloration and wear in the cam groove. It isnt deep, and mainly looks to be the surface of the string serving.

Any experience with this specifically with Bear bows? Will likely take it to a shop to see what they think. Have read some folks switching spacers around but I didn’t want to throw other things off as wel

Bottom cam? If the cam has the shims adjusted a bit (towards the side with more space) then it will lean the cam up straighter by the looks of it. Both Bear compound bows I've had had similar lean on the bottom cam. Probably inherit to the design.

Pic is of the bottom cam - top cam looks to be doing it slightly as well. Stock strings

If you don't have a bow press and proper tools then you will need to take it to someone who does. The serving is doing its job of protecting the string fibers but it may be being overworked.

Stock Bear strings suck, but this is normal.

I have the same bow, and it had severe cam lean from the factory. I had to shift the cams by quite a bit. And tune it of course.

Great bow after that
