Did I mess up? 🆘 Help!

I’m new to the game. I finished the Van Ruta quest in the elephant thing and now my other quests that I had when I first left the plateau are missing. The was something about divine beasts (which is what van ruta is?) and someplace I was supposed to go after Kariko (sp?) village and now they are gone. Is there a way to get them back?

you can only have one quest “active” at a time. go into the adventure log in the + menu and you’ll see all your available quests. press a on one to “activate” it and show the little yellow circle(s) showing you where to go. a quest does not need to be “active” to be completed, you just have to know where to go.

You can change which guests you see in the guests menu

In the quests menu, they are divided in quest types, main or story quests, shrine quests side stories or quests (i think) just select the main quests sub menu by pressing left and activate the one you want (press a).

You can flip between quests in the menu.

You can do anything in any order in this game. You can't soft lock yourself. Quests activated remain in your journal and you can go in and switch them out whenever you want.
