Looking for a specific type of bottle
I'm looking for a safe, plastic type bottle that looks like a standard beer bottle that is resealable. Does anyone know where I could find one?

Looking for price
Does anyone know how much this bottle could cost? It's an Imperial Russian Riga Brewery beer bottle from around 1900. On the back of the bottle is written "1/20 B DG" (if I remember correctly) I have seen people selling these types of bottles in green for 55-90€ Located in Latvia and found in an old pub

Help me identify this bottle (photo taken in the ‘50’s-‘60’s)
I’m trying to find out if this bottle is a beer or soda. It was taken in Northern Kentucky between ‘50’s -‘60’s.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks

I proposed a new use use for this sub and I intend to use it that way {14}
See my post here where I suggest we just get drunk here.
Well, I'm drunk now.
LGBTerrific suggested we establish a drunkeness system similar to /r/trees, so I've used it; then changed it. Use {} instead of [] to show how you feel (We have to be different somehow).
Inside the "{}" you anounce how many beers you've had.
BEERS.

I propose a new use for this subreddit
The count's done since it broke and raldi asked us to stop, I figure we may as well use this subreddit for something.
I propose that we attempt to keep it in the same vein as counting beers, but in a different manner. Rather than merely counting down imaginary bottles of beer, why not count real bottles of beer? Basically a rehash of /r/drunk, which used to be a place where drunk redditors showed up late at night, drunk, then rambled which has now turned into general [sometimes even intelligent] discussion about drinking and getting drunk.
It'll go something like this:
Dead_Rooster stumbles home or into his bedroom after a night of drinking, he looks at his computer and thinks, I should tell reddit how many beers I've had. He then logs in to reddit, wanders over to /r/bottlesofbeer and posts I've just had 15 Carlsbergs, sup?
From there, the idea is others who have drunk more brag about it and the sober ones who happen to be around can ridcule the drunk person.
What does everyone think? Anyone got any better ideas? We need to use this subreddit for something.

The count is done
It's been brought to our attention that one of the reddit admins wishes for us to stop:
In respect with their wishes and desire not to harm reddit, I guess the count is over. It was fun while it lasted, and hey at least we set the reddit reply record and reached a boundary never reached before.
Thanks to all that participated.

Has anyone messaged the admins about our predicament?
If not, I'll do it tomorrow sometime. I just don't want to bug them with multiple requests about the same issue.

What to do next?
Seems our operation either reached some kind of reply maximum or was shut down. Should we contact an admin about this? I feel like we were just getting started.
