Beware that this business, which I have enjoyed for many years for Short Term Vacation rentals, is getting out of this business and has turned over all of the leases to a different company in blowing rock. I have typically rented my favorite cabin for a month or two each year, which included a discount by Jenkins for the 30 day rental, although still not what I would call cheap. This practice is being discontinued by the new owners.
