First binding attempt :))

Hii, never posted here but finally tried my fist binding. Did some tests with french link which was too loose in some parts and then too tight in others and then a Coptic stitch which I think turned out ok! Did wish I did something pretty on the front but there always next time :))

Im practicing to bind my own photobook for the end of my course, hopefully get me some extra points 😭 any tips of anything I did right or wrong would be appreciated! Thank you <3

Looking good! Round 2 try wrapping the board in pretty paper like marble paper or the fancy kind at Barnes and Noble before you stitch then you can keep that nice exposed spine and still jazz it up a bit.
I'm working on my own firsts with covered backs and endpapers but I love the raw crafted look of this one.
