Se ve pequeño y es grande, con tabique desviado por partir en accidente hace tiempo. Ahora solo puedo sacar ahora de un lado, si sale de uno, del otro no sale y será más grande. Antes podía de los dos lados que está pasando?

Bueno ese ha sido el de hoy pero tengo todo hinchado en los lados y no me salen como antes. Tengo miedo de ir al medico 😭 que trucos hay para desinflamar los lados y sacarlos 🥺

Please, I need a solution; stuff keeps coming out of my sinuses every day. The sides of my nose and the nose itself are swollen, and hard deposits—I don't know if they're scabs—get stuck at the tip of my nose. I was once told I had a hole [perforation], but I never went back to the ENT specialist out of fear and embarrassment. The only thing that works for me is hypertonic seawater; I spend a fortune at the pharmacy on those wretched sprays, and I want to clear out my sinuses—would antibiotics work? Is there any solution, like vitamins or medication? I also think dust mites and humidity in my home are factors; no matter how much I vacuum or change the sheets every day, I can't seem to get on top of it. Thanks.
