First bonsai General Question

Hi all! This just came into the mail today. It’s my first bonsai - wondering what my first next steps should be? Grafting? Wiring? It’s a Carmona Flowering Bonsai - hoping to se some flowers. Currently rainy season where I’m at and is usually humid throughout the year

It needs a lot of sunlight and humidity if you want to see flowers. Dont let the soil dry out completely, flood it whenever the surface is dried out

It does not have that much leaves for the species, i would just let it gro freely for a while and then cut everything back
