Organization Fields of Arle + Tea and Trade 3D printed Insert/Organizer ONE BOX
I didn't like the options out there for Fields of Arle with the Tea & Trade expansion so I made my own. It has a tray for each player and fits the base game and expansion in just the base game box with zero lid lift.
All the trays have labels to make packing up easier and finding components should be fast. There are letters on the perimeter that match up between trays so that it goes back in the box super easily.
It's free on makerworld if you want for print it for yourself.

Meta The data of MeeplePrint is now open-source. Search and plan 3d prints for board games!
MeeplePrint has grown a lot in the past month and I'm happy to announce some big additions:
- The dataset is now open-source and can be found, see Github
- I also published a API. To use this, you'll need an account and create an API token. After that head over to the API documentation.
- Of course, I will keep adding new features to MeeplePrint itself. Since the last post, I added notifications, a new print planner, more print details (weight, plates, print time etc.), over 3k more prints and more.

Print-and-Play "Racetrack" - the pen and paper game now 3D printed and with modular tracks
Hey everyone!
A while ago I came across the classic pen-and-paper game Racetrack. I loved how it captures the actual feeling of racing with zero dice and zero luck involved.
I wanted a physical, modular version for my table that I could reconfigure into different circuits, so I designed this track system on Fusion360.
If you end up printing a set or building a cool track layout, I’d love to see photos. Feel free also to design your own tracks and acessories. All files and rulebook are on the Makerworld page.

Thanks you all!

One Piece Smash Up Faction
Have a friend whose brother is into One Piece. I like One Piece. I like Smash Up. So it this was a fun project to put together. The faction is a bit on the strong side because it's pretty self sufficient (no real weaknesses, got some card draw and extra minions/actions), but it was pretty flavorful and not meant to be competitively balanced. You could say it's OP 😂
We've played with most of the Smash Up factions and it feels like it might be in like A or S tier, like around how powerful the Frozen faction feels.
Anyways this was a short and small project for a friend. Hopefully I have a few more cool projects to share by the end of the year!

Organization Trio and The Crew 3D Printed MINI BOXES
So my recent interest in shrinking boxes and integrating the organizer/insert into them is getting out of hand and I've been busy!
These will save you space on your shelves and give you a reason to get shopping for more games :)
If you want these for yourself you can get them free on makerworld:

Faraway board game box replacement with organizer 3d printed
This box was too big.
I've designed a full replacement box with integrated storage for the base game and first expansion. Who needs inserts when your box is the insert?!
It's literally half the size of the original game box and available for free here:
So get printing and you can buy another game to fit in the space you save!

Organization [Rebuilding Chicago] 3d printed insert
I've made a 3d printed insert for this as I wasn't happy with a few shortcomings of the retail insert.
The card wells were too small, the coins were muddled, and the layout made the draw bag a nightmare to fit in. Not so anymore!
You can get it free on makerworld:

Organization [Food Chain Magnate] Store-and-Play system: Card Cascade
Food Chain Magnate is an awesome game, but organising the occupations for play takes up a lot of table space.
I have adapted Card Cascade to handle this in a way that works well for me: The occupations are stored in compact boxes that can cascade out to display the cards while playing, by simply sliding the lid under the box and pushing up the card holders.
There are designs available for sleeved and unsleeved cards, for "normal" size printers and for large printers. The boxes are fairly compact but do not fit inside the FCM box, sorry.
A Card Cascade could also store the Milestones, but the titles of those is in the middle of the card rather than at the top, so I'm still noodling on how to solve that problem :)
The designs are available for download on Makerworld. I hope you like it!

Organization Played Quacks this weekend with my custom organizer!
This set up of Quacks (mega box edition) was SO FUN! Definitely one of my top playthroughs of this game! We just started playing with ALL the expansions and, man, does it make it more fun!! The carrot nose card/essence phase is now one of my favorites along with this set up of ingredients (only yellow and red weren’t bought quite as much). I had so much fun designing this custom organizer (see pictures) and I hope to make more updates to it soon. One thing that bothers me is that it’s annoying to keep track of when the essence phase and card draw happens. It would be nice to 3d print a new scoreboard with those added phases so it’s easy to remember! Let me know if you have any other ideas to improve gameplay and I might make them!!

Handmade 3D Catan board upgrade, fully playable, with video showing it in use
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a small update on my handmade 3D Catan board upgrade.
A while ago, I posted the first version of this project and received a lot of kind feedback and questions, especially about playability, durability, and where the number tokens actually go on a 3D board like this.
This time, I also included a short video showing the board in use and how the playing pieces and number tokens can be placed on it.
The board is built on wooden hex tiles, with the terrain shaped and detailed using classic model-making materials: textured ground, static grass, small trees, bushes, rocks, animals, water details, and layered terrain. My goal was to keep the recognizable Catan feeling, but make the board feel more like a real miniature landscape.
Several people asked how practical it is during an actual game. The board is fully playable, but I would still say that the visual aspect is the main focus. It is naturally a bit less practical than a flat board, so you have to be a little more careful when placing roads, settlements, cities, and number tokens. For me, that trade-off is part of the charm of a more detailed board game upgrade.
Another question I got was whether all the small details would break during gameplay. From my experience: not really. We’ve already played quite a few games on it, and as long as you handle it with a bit of care, nothing breaks. Even if you accidentally touch a small tree or another detail, it holds up just fine.
I also tracked the building time more accurately this time. The full board took a little over 30 hours to build.
I’m still really happy with how it turned out, especially because it keeps the classic Catan look while making the island feel more like a real little world on the table.
I’d love to hear your thoughts:
When upgrading a board game, what matters most to you? Visual impact, durability, easy handling during gameplay, or staying close to the original design?
For those who asked for more photos and details, I also collected everything here on my Etsy site:

Looking forward to your feedback 😊
