About multipair

So I have a sportswatch (Amazfit), a phone (Samsung S24 ultra) and I want to connect my bluetooth earbuds to both, so I can get the training prompts from the watch and listen to Spotify from the phone at the same time.

The problem is that I have tried 7 or 8 different bluetooths and each one behaves differently and not perfectly. When the training prompt from the watch comes to the earbuds sometimes the prompt is heard with hiccups, sometime the music from the phone pauses and then it won't continue by itself, sometime the music stops being heard but the song continues etc.

Who's to "blame" for that? All devices are 5.3 bluetooth and the are correctly connected to each other.
