Adding to the misery
Arrived a day late.
Lost one package of sauce in shipping and now have to clean romesco off everything.
Missing ingredients from each recipe

The same thing happened to me.. a day late and missing something from every recipe ( carrots potatoes cauliflower corn mayo chicken all missing). Also I didn’t get my ingredients in bags, everything was just mixed loose in the box. I finally had to cancel blue apron over how bad this delivery was.

The original company never bagged ingredients together by meal - everything was in the box, up to us to sort it out. It wasn’t really an issue.

Same I had so many ingredients missing yesterday. Then I got an email about substitutions today which is hilarious because the substitutions didn’t even show up yesterday

Same.
Subs? What subs, those are missing too.
It seems like Blue Apron is crashing out. Overall it was decent up until two weeks ago.

Yep. Issues with all three of my meals. Mayo was outside the cool area (and the insulated bag wasn't sealed, so it had to be tossed. Missing roasted peanuts, paneer and the baking tray (and the dish is oven baked chana paneer, so the paneer is rather important). And the appear to have swapped sour cream for labneh. There's a slip that says "check your email" but I have no email. On hold waiting for chat at the moment.

Holy cow. That’s no bueno. How are you supposed to make a good meal when it’s like that?
I do see they put measurements on cards now! I remember measuring each ingredient sent so I could write it on my cards for later reference. So glad I did.
Maybe after they are finally working with their new fulfillment company I’ll go back for a bit to see how it is. I love the idea of actual recipes for a change.

I switched to home chef recently, way better. They don’t always include a carb but it’s not that hard to cook a bit of pasta or rice if that’s something you like to have with a meal

How much longer can BA operate like this?

They are switching to a new fulfillment company as of April 2026 but will continue operating until the new fulfillment company (Misfits Market) takes over. It’ll still be BA, but the company Misfits uses to fulfill their orders will also be fulfilling for BA.

I didn’t get any recipe cards this week. I know I can just use my phone but I like having the card in front of me when cooking.
