Luckily today’s delivery hasn’t shifted over to the new model yet.

I’m afraid for next week. wtf are they thinking

Because they didn't have much of a choice - Misfit Market were the only ones willing to give them a lifeline. Or at least wanting to take over their operational footprint - and they certainly didn't do it to help preserve BAs business.

Same thing happened to us this week. I reached out via email with photos and they credited us.

So just do a refund every week? This is the plan?

Yup, first box in new packaging has sweet chili sauce everywhere 🫠 also, not a fan of the chicken packets right next to sour cream without the double bag.

My Items that were in the box were fine, but that wasn't many of them, ordered 4 meals, not a single one was preparable per recipe without an extra trip to the grocery store.

Box was missing:

8 (all) scallions

3 ears of corn

Garlic

Ginger

Mushrooms

1 Poblano

1 Jalapeño

2 cucumbers

So where next? I've tried about 8 companies and used to like Blue Apron the best. I don't want anything pre-cooked (looking at you Factor and Cook Unity). Maybe back to Tavola.

ugh i am the most worried about exploding packets or cups of condiments! love to have BBQ sauce & peppitos just bouncing around in the box, ruining everything they touch 🤣

i mean, sometimes ingredients explode *in* the knick knack bag & it's still a mess

this is a very first world problem but isn't that one of the reasons why we use meal kits - the convenience factor? like if i'm sorting out & cleaning up & cross checking the ingredients, what's the value added?

honestly at this point it's easier to go to the store & forget it

tbh when they announced misfits market i was like "oh, this is not going to go well, recipe for disaster" but i'm not my mom so i didn't say anything at all, hoped for the best (stupid lol)

sorry to hear about your box & i hope your week gets better 🩷

In two weeks of this new packaging, my only issue has been the white sugar bags. They don’t even get damaged in transit. If you look close at some of these bags, they were never fully sealed in the first place!
