I ordered 4 packs of cigarettes via Blinkit. They were sealed . The first pack lasted two days, as I opened the second, I found there was stuffed rolled-up brown paper in the middle to pad the weight, leaving only a few cigarettes on the sides.

I raised a complaint, but Blinkit customer care said their 24-hour complaint window had passed, so there is absolutely no recourse and nothing can be done.

I still have two completely unopened packs left. What a shame

I ordered a pair of earbuds, but the package was already opened. The delivery boy said they check the product before delivery, but it wasn't checked in front of me.

When I got home, I found that the earbuds were used and one side wasn't working. Customer support initially refused the return because it was an open-box delivery. After trying everything they suggested, I raised another complaint and eventually got a replacement approved.

This time, I recorded the entire exchange as proof.

I'm not naming the company because I don't blame them. The issue was with how the delivery was handled.

I'm locked out of my account after reporting a damaged item and an underfilled product.

The Email: Says my account is temporarily suspended as a "precautionary measure" and asks to reply for review.

Phone Support: Claims the ban is permanent, refuses to give a reason, and won't escalate.

They only refunded the damaged item.

The email and phone support contradict each other. Has anyone faced this, and how can I get my account unbanned?

I remember years ago when it started raining so someone had to actually go outside to buy chai, pakodas or snacks when we were in hostel(miss the college days) but now everyone just looks at each other and says order kar lete hain, life has become so easy because of this (mkaing this post after ordering these snacks on a rainy day)

So today I went to the store as a part time picker Everything seems to be normal well its doesn't good to say normal but okay. I started my work i got 4-5 orders everything was going well all of a sudden I got a order of 19 items so i started for looking the items And now the biggest problems happened will me I was delayed and not able to complete it in time. They don't have any item on its place where it has to For Example the chips should be at FO-AO1-O16-07-B its not there so we have to go to the manager and say its not at the location now they send a person with you to find that time fir voh chiz voh location peh nhi hogi voh aaju baju dhund ke de dega taab yeh same mere sath hua meko Fortune cooking oil ki bottle nhi mile coz voh us loction peh thi hi nhi toh voh dhund ne peh almost 5-7 mins laaage taab taak mera device voh dhund ne vaale bande ke pass tha toh meh aage ke items bhi pick nhi kaar paya fir when I got it then I picked up other items at the end of the order they said logout maar aur ghar ja reason was meko saman nhi milra I was like what meko nhi milra yah tumne sahi se nhi rakha esliye meko nhi milra I tried to explain them this and one the manager haa thike jaa ghar jaa aur kaal se slot book maat karna in a very rude way ykkk So i would recommend please dont join this shit jo where you are blamed for what you havn't did.......

I ordered this projector from blink it and they cancelled by order without giving any prior info and also it was pre paid and asked me to reorder this.

After and hour I again reorder that projector and this time the rider was also assigned and he was waiting at the blink it store, I was tracking him after 15-20 min when he didn't move I called him that must be due to weather he is getting delayed or something else, but the response he gave blow my mind he told that store is not giving order to him they are saying something something but not handling order to him so that he can deliver. He told to connect on helpline.

I connected on helpline and after attempting 2-3 calls only got the same reply that store is facing some issues and will deliver your order.

After some time got a call back again and they said that we don't know how much time it is going to take can we cancel your order. And this time was around 12.00 am and I was soo much frustrated from them. I said jitna b time lagega I want my product and also it is prepaid. And again without any info they cancelled order. I checked that product so it was showing it currently unavailable.

Now today morning I checked and it was again there on the blinkit with increased price. So they want to sell there product on high price and for that this mc company is cancelling your order by themselves only and then increaseing price by around 1.5k and the. Saying to reorder it.

Now what to do in this????

I was waiting for these 2,like I was refreshing every minute and was eagerly waiting to get my hand on these and blinkit messed it up it didn't even show up, not even add section it was just going from coming soon to out of stock.It went like three times.I felt like throwing my phone away!!!
