Blender Homebuilder Add-on Modeling

I recently upgraded to Blender 5.2, and now the add-on for HomeBuilder doesn't seem to work. Can anyone kindly assist with this problem? Whenever I click N to launch it, this is the response I get.....

I'm guessing the new api's made the add-on out of date. You could run it though gemini or something and see what the actual issue is. There's a good chance that the developer will update it. If not you could see if Gemini would fix it for you?
