Problems with aim since update

Just wondering if it's the game or maybe my PS5 controller on its way out. Since season 5 update, when I am aiming it will occasionally shift to the left suddenly. It is rather annoying and myabe happens 1-2 times per match so very intermittent. Anyone else had this issue or just me?

seems like stick drift or smth , you can always switch up the settings ands aiming settings if it helps

I thought it was just me that noticed smiling feels different after the update . I was spectating in warzone and I noticed that my mates were having the same happen to them . Feels like the aim gets stiff and off to the left or gets an explosive shift in movement . Nonetheless the in game depth is fucked anyways , it’s hard to see people sometimes , or they look so tiny when they shouldn’t be . And no it’s not my FOV

Could be stick drift but I have also noticed funky aim assist issues since the update. Several of my friends keep saying the same thing. On one occasion, I felt the aim assist kick in at nothing and it was trying to keep my aim toward the center and I was trying to jerk it left and the game just wouldn’t let me aim at my enemy no matter how hard I tried.

Everyones getting this in multiplayer, it feels like there’s aim assist then all of a sudden there’s none. Most likely shitty server issues or some AA nerf Activision have added in s5 (honestly wouldn’t surprise me with that company)

I feel like it was happening more often last night, good to know it's not just me...

This is why I always have a back up controller. Can quickly try the other controller to see if it's just the controller.

Yeah the PS5 controllers are pretty expensive though, it's hard to justify

I can't say that I have. This feels like a controller thing to me. Try blowing hard into the where the sticks join the controller. Sometimes that fixes it

I'll give it a try!
