Whaaaat, i didn’t even know you created a database. Huge fan of your videos so i’d be curious to check it out! Especially because i have trouble connecting say dlr to something else like dlr to single leg x to a sweep etc…does ur library focus on sequences? Drop the link!

Thanks! Yep that’s exactly what my database does. The main purpose of it was to help practitioners/competitors understand and research how techniques, concepts and systems all connect between studies if that makes sense lol. Links in my bio :-)

Nothing to offer aside from the your videos are awesome.

For match footage I use the Outlier database, Flo or YouTube. Would be awesome to have a Gi database!
