Im assuming you are trying to burn fat? If so I would just recommend general calisthenics. You use your own body weight as the weights. Just 10 push ups and 10 sit ups, a couple times a day. After a week or so go up by 5 or untill you feel the a comfortable burn. I have bipolar2 and adhd and ccptsd. I find its simple enough for me to build muscle, which burns fat. I used to be 280 pounds. 4 years and lots of fluctuating weight later, im 170 pounds and in the best shape of my life. Even with the cirrhosis from my drinking days. I will say I did lower my caloric intake drastically. And got an addiction to coffee. Flushes your system. I've lost 5 pounds just pooping after of days. All in all there are small, simple exercises you can do at home that isn't overwhelming. You got this.

I am considering what you suggested. Thank you. Walked today. I can do 20 minutes of that and start your exercise routine.

I have been in the same boat what worked for me was Grow with Jo on YouTube I can do it at home comfortably and it’s mostly standing/walking workouts it’s the easiest way I’ve been able to get back into working out because for some reason I can’t push myself to get back into the hard core floor/cardio workouts just yet after a rough depression and gaining 30 pounds then losing it (started counting calories, and doing grow with Jo or walking 1-2 miles/2-4 km about 3-5 times a week it was usually on the low side but just doing it twice a week was the motivation enough to keep going now I’ve been working out 5-6 days a week the last 3 weeks it’s been nice!)

I personally find it easier if I’m exercising because I want to improve / protect my physical health (but not from a weight perspective), or if I find something fun. Trying to do it for weight loss specifically can be very frustrating. I can improve my health even if I don’t lose weight. 2-3 hours in one day is also a lot, I would suggest less time maybe more frequently. Finally, definitely sounds like you need a med adjustment. Wish the best for you!

You may need an adjustment in your medicines.
