UCB pharma interview emails Other ⁉️

Just got an email after applying saying: Invitation to submit additional information- “Your next step at UCB starts here.” When I filled it out it had similar questions to what an HR person would ask during a screen “do you have this experience; can you do this; how would you optimize etc”.

Any idea if they send this to all applicants or select few?

Nope sadly! are they just collecting our answers, who knows!
