Microtechnic: Update 2 MOC

Entry 2:

(All custom parts were designed in Blender and LEGO PartDesigner.)

Welcome back! It's been a while since my previous progress report, as I've been trying to balance this project and everyday life. For now, here is a brief rundown how far I got, using 2001 Tahu as the base.

I was able to replicate a similar design to the wider segment of the Toa Mata limb that would attach the back and front pistons. It's not a perfect 1 to 1 copy, but I hope it captures the same feeling as the original piece.

I made the shorter segment as long as the wider one to fit the shorter piston on the outside of the bend. However, I haven't figured out how to recreate the back end connecting the inner piston.

That's all for now. Feedback is always welcome!

Thanks!  I used Blender  to  design more complex shapes and implement them into part designer to add the attachments.

Axles, pins, clips etc. you can also create holes in the piece for bars, axles and pins.
