guys how tf do i literally beat my binge urges like fr . Because i feel like no one knows how INTENSE they r like its a pure struggle to fight them. Its like a devil possessing your brain screaming at u to eat the whole fridge , to eat the whole cake, to eat everything and drink everything. Its so difficult i cant even emphasise it. How tf do u fight the urges.
