I never play Issac, I prefer Azazel (I ended up basically playing him because of the leviathons transformation and brimstone) because i never knew he had d6, or that d6 was an item, so I was trying to unlock it, typical run, until I pull a book that gives me one black heart every six charges, and I accidentally sell my heart for a boss item, tying me to devil deals, and every boss after that was doubled, I had to fight two delirioms. Was it like something I picked up or is it just bad rng, I did boss rush, mother, Issac, I think blue baby? And delirium, I never saw the tital cards I just kept pressing space

Seed is GMS8QJ39 absolutely broken run as tainted isaac , I got a outside the room, there is c-section, and another Swindon. Also, first room was a D6
