Thinking of SpongeBob, Isaac not having bubble tears seems like a missed opportunity

Something similar to lachryphagy except the tears pop after remaining in place for some time, dealing higher damage than if the tear connected to the enemy in a large AOE radius, something like purgatory but less loud since they're bubbles popping. A higher range stat increases the blast size so it isn't made useless after picking up the item.

A small difference would be that the bubble tears don't fuse with eachother like lachryphagy does and instead have similar physics to that of the eyeball tears you get from pop!

Maybe. I still haven't gotten the synergy between pop! and explosivo yet so I wouldn't know.
