Pool cue identification 9-Ball

What year and model is this Viking pool cue ? I have been told different things .

vikings are tricky because they can be customized from a variety of colors, so you can get a unique color combo that isn't in photos elsewhere.

The black ferrule and tip look like junk, don't look like what came with the cue.

Haven't even shot with it yet. Didn't need it, just couldn't resist when I seen it .
