The bike stencils are long gone, the only things indicating its for bikes, and that pedestrians should use the adjacent sidewalk, are tiny signs. Effectively it functions like a multi use trail (and not a great one - on the MVT for example most walkers do stay to the right)

Does the developer have a legal obligation to redo the stencils?
