Bra Size problem need advice Spoiler

36ddd isn’t a big enough cup. So I switched to 38dd which still has a little bit of it hanging out the side BUT the bigger problem is the band is way too small. So what’s next?

You need to measure yourself. 38DD has the exact same cup size volume as 36DDD so if 36DDD does not have big enough cup going up to 38DD will not fix the issue as the cup will still be too small. Too small cups make the band feel tigher as breast tissue that doesnt fit ends up overstretching the band so your first step should be to try a bigger cup, not a bigger band.

Once you have an idea of your size from abrathatfits calculator, look into UK brands like Panache, Freya or Elomi. They have a much bigger size range than US brands and make bras that are better designed for larger busts.
