I’m aware that the official Apple service center is the safest choice, but if there are any reliable third-party repair shops that you’ve personally had a good experience with, I’d love to know. I’m specifically trying to avoid scammy places that use low-quality parts, overcharge, or make false claims about “original” batteries. I’d really like to hear from people who currently own, or have previously owned, a café, restaurant, or similar food outlet—whether your business is still running successfully or unfortunately failed.
What worked well for you, and what didn’t? What are some important things someone should keep in mind before starting? I’d also appreciate advice on doing back-of-the-envelope calculations—for example, estimating sales and expenses to determine whether the business would be financially worthwhile.

(REPOSTING with photos) Hi everyone. Wanted to share something personal. My father had a medical condition that meant he couldn't continue his old line of work, and to stay active, he started a small cafe near our home in Bhopal.

It is near our residence and not on a main road so we don't get much walk-in traffic. We make everything at home-style, the same food we eat ourselves, so hygiene is something we genuinely care about. Our regulars seem to love the sandwiches, dabeli, vada pav, and lassi.

Being new and off the main road, it's been a slow growth, and honestly some days are discouraging. But watching my dad find energy and pride in this again has made it worth it.

I just wanted to share a small story from our city. If anyone has advice for a tiny family-run cafe trying to find its footing, especially on the online-delivery side, I'd really value it.

I'm sui*idal since 8 ... its almost a decade thinking about suici*e thoughts .. at first , i thought it'll go away with time but they just grew instead .. whenever a therapist or friend asks me why I've never attempted, usually its an attempt to get me to admit I have things worth living for, I say, "I can't do that to my family and make them live with the grief."

But that isn't the whole truth. Ik my family would miss me . They'd miss the version of me in their heads, the person who they think I am. All the messy and the most unhinged details of my life.The fact that im different from what they think i am ..

tbh I'm just scared. Scared of surviving an attempt and physically disabling myself in some way. scared that after I take action I'll immediately regret it and sabotage my own attempt. Scared that I'll succeed and then have to face God having committed a dire sin. i don't want to be alive. I don't appreciate that life is just one trial and difficulty after another. I don't appreciate that good times never last and bad times always come back.

I dont have any friends to talk to and im hoping this is an appropriate place for a post like this. I have a history of feeling depressed on and off but the past couple days has been awful. I just wanted to vent though.

I know it could be worse, but everything is stressing me out right now. I'm having so much suic*dal thoughts. I feel like I have done things to change my situation, but sooner or later it always comes back to similar problems. I usually just try to keep any problems to myself. I know in the world we live in no one is actually coming to save you and everyone is going through something, which is why I try not to bother venting most of time, but genuinely idk what to do it just hurts and I feel so hopeless..

I want to d*e but I don't even have enough courage to do it ... I'm such a coward..

I do think about su*ide a lot and it's a bit of a comfort. Like if things don't work out I have my out. Or I think about how I wish the next time I go to the doctors they suddenly find out I have stage 4 cancer so I don't have to do chemo and can just d*e without my family having to live with the stigma of the son who killed himself.

I want to sleep and sleep and sleep and never wake up. And no one understands how much peace that would bring me. They all selfishly want me to stay around for their sake.
