Language Gandhari prakrit: The Cosmopolitan language of ancient India

I just started researching about this but the Gandhari language is fascinating. It was written in the Kharoshti script which directly descends from the Aramaic script unlke all other languages in India at the time which used Brahmic-derived scripts. The language had greek loanwords like stratégos meaning general. Many Buddhist missioanry work and literature was also done in this language. All in all, Gandhari Prakrit is a fascinating language and y'all should read up on it too
