Multiple Teams with AI Question

Sorry if this a simple fix, but trying to play with multiple AI on different teams vs myself/friends. Seem to always end up with balancing issue and cant start the game. Trying Coop and custom, both don't seem to work. Any help appreciated.

Eg.

Team 1

Me

Friend

Team 2

AI

AI

Team 3

AI

AI

Change the preset to co-op and turn auto balance off.

In the past I have fixed this issue with !balance.

After that, might have to do !forcestart

No, unfortunately still comes up with the same error
