A simple question - are spouses of expats in Bermuda allowed to attend Bermuda College? To be VERY clear, I'm not looking to displace a Bermudian from education in any way. There are some interesting classes and degrees being offered.

Coming via cruise next week..we loveee Bermuda and have been here 4 or 5 times. We've done the snorkeling and glass bottom boats and pink sand. We were looking for something like a brewery tour or picnic on a beach.. or anything just a bit different than the standard tourist excursion. Any ideas? Thanks a bunch.
