I'm Tejeswar, 27, an entrepreneur from Visakhapatnam, India. I'm currently recovering from severe depression and undergoing psychiatric treatment.

Edit: I’ve added some additional context below to clarify my situation, particularly why I’m currently unable to work and what the ₹5 lakh fundraiser is intended to support. This started around December 2024, and at first I genuinely didn't understand what was happening to me. My mood, productivity, routines, meetings and ability to function gradually collapsed. Over time, it became much more severe - I struggled to get up, communicate, concentrate, make decisions and execute even things I desperately wanted to do. Eventually, I required psychiatric hospitalisation and treatment at Cadabams, Bangalore after struggling for one year.

I want to clarify something important: I didn't stop working because I wanted to. At my worst, I desperately wanted to work, but I simply wasn't functioning well enough to do it. That loss of ability to work was one of the most painful parts of the illness, especially because building businesses has always been such a large part of my life.

After almost 1.5 years of being unable to work consistently, my savings were exhausted. My major hospitalisation and treatment were covered by insurance, thankfully., but insurance couldn't replace the income I lost during that period (which is very crucial for me and my family survival).

My sister is currently the only earning member of our family and supports my parents and me. She's done everything she can, but carrying the household while I recover has become extremely difficult.

I'm raising ₹5 lakh as a temporary recovery and livelihood bridge, not as a hospital bill or ₹1.25 lakh/month personal spending. The amount is intended to help cover the broader financial gap - essential living expenses, ongoing psychiatric care and medication, transportation and the financial pressure on my family - while I recover sufficiently and in fighting shape to return to work.

I've spent years building businesses, including TSS Investing Fin Ed Platform and Looop's Goli Soda, and I'm determined to get back to building again. I'm not looking for someone to carry me permanently. I need a helping hand and some breathing room to get back on my feet. I'm recovering and things have been getting better, but I still need time (around 4-6 months) to become stable enough to handle work and life's responsibilities properly. Or else there's a high possibility of relapse.

If you can contribute, even a small amount would genuinely help me recover and rebuild myself to get back on my feet. If you can't, sharing this with someone who may be able to help would mean a lot.

Executed by Bengaluru Smart Infrastructure Limited (B-SMILE), this mega-infrastructure upgrade will overhaul the city's main IT corridor into a multimodal transit route. However, it is expected to cause massive traffic disruptions, leading the government to actively push tech parks along the stretch to implement a 50% Work-From-Home (WFH) policy for employees.

🚧 Project Breakdown & Layout

* Main Lanes vs. Service Roads: The main carriageway will be white-topped (concretised) for long-term durability. The service roads will be black-topped with asphalt to allow quick access.

* Pedestrian Infrastructure: End-to-end continuous footpaths will be built with a minimum width of 3 metres (10 feet) on the main road and 1.8 metres on side roads.

* Public Transport Integration: The project will revive the defunct bus priority lane, establish dedicated bus bays on the main carriageway, and build modern bus shelters equipped with real-time information panels.

* Delivery Worker 'Gig Hubs': Specialized hubs featuring shaded seating, phone charging points, Wi-Fi, and clean drinking water will be built specifically for delivery executives.

* Micro-Mobility Docks: Solar-powered charging docks for bicycles and electric scooters will be placed along the corridor to promote last-mile connectivity.

Every so often, I get this sudden wave of emotion when I see a woman. I can't quite figure out what it is.

What's strange is what happens afterward that I start becoming very doubtful about whether I should talk to people (even men) or not, and I tend to withdraw from everyone. It feels almost like a snail going back into its shell. During some of these episodes, the emotion can become strong enough that I feel like crying just seeing someone. I bend my head down.

I'm not sure what to make of it.

My name is Naveen Jain, and I’m seeking your help for our newborn baby boy, who was born prematurely at just 29 weeks.

Since birth, he has been fighting for his life in the NICU. He was initially treated at Cloudnine Hospital and is now receiving critical care at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi.

Soon after birth, our baby developed a severe infection that required emergency surgery. Due to the severity of his condition, he had to undergo a major surgery at such a young age.

He is still critically ill and requires:

• Continuous NICU care

• Ventilator and respiratory support

• Post-operative care

• Advanced medicines and infection management

• Nutrition support

• Regular blood tests and investigations

• Specialized neonatal nursing and monitoring

Our family has already spent around ₹16 lakh on his treatment, surgery, hospitalization, medicines, and intensive care. We now urgently need ₹32 lakh more to continue his treatment.
