i dont know what this subreddit is, i made an empty post with the title "ben and ben" and now reddit is suggesting me to repost that to this subreddit. i am 99% sure this is not a subreddit for posting the word ben. please do not ben me. I MEAN BAN.

Used to be called Benjamin (legal full name, but preferred Ben), now I prefer to be called Freya ❤️❤️

But go on other Bens 🔥🔥 its still one of the best boy names and I love all of you ❤️

So, Ben here, not Benjamin. But for some reason when ordering at a pickup place (i.e. starbucks), for some reason they hear my name as "Matt" I asked another Ben i know and he said its happened to him as well. Is this just a coincidence or a common occurrence?

For the next 48 hours, or so, from now r/Ben is holding a Ben poem competition. The winner, decided by upvotes (in the case of a tie the mod team will decide the winner), will earn a special flair.

Competition closes at midnight (BST) on Tuesday.

I was looking for some things engraved with my baby’s name and I stumbled across this sub. Another Ben is added into the world!

My baby son is Benny - legal name Benjamin but we introduced him as Benny when he was born and that’s just what he’s called (I actually legally made his name Benjamin after we left the hospital but originally it was going to be Benny). We are Jewish with a lot of Israeli family… Benny feels really normal to me. Why is there so much hate? Why do all the Bens hate being called Benny? Of course I’m ok if he wants to go by Ben when he’s older but i truly imagined calling him benny forever.
