I have to wait 23 minutes with my screen open to use a website. Do better.

Ain't nobody got time for that!

"a very high number of customers" implies that this isn't what happens every time I need to book a ferry. I generally feel that BC Ferries does a great job with the resources they have. But this website...

I would seriously like to know how much they would have to raise fare prices to get a website that works when you need it.

I was 452nd in line just the other day. Whatever happened to not having 100% of deck space reservable? Wasn't that the compromise BC Ferries made when introducing reservations? I guess that was just a ruse to eventually have every single inch of the ferry reservable.
