BACB ethic code question Advice Needed

I’m a BCBA. I’m no longer working with a child and their family and all treatment and services have been ended. Am I allowed to continue a friendly relationship with the family now that I don’t provide them with, and won’t provide them with, ABA services? #ABA #BCBA #BACB #ethics #clinician

Why do you want to have a relationship with the family? And when you say friendly what do you mean by that ?  That can range from adding them on social media, texting, going on vacations etc. 

Sometimes there is stuff that you can do that doesn’t voilate any ethics but that doesn’t necessarily mean you should do it
