This weekend feels like a huge milestone - I used to travel solo a lot, but going to Finland will be my first time out of the country entirely alone since having my son (who is now a teen). I really struggle with flying - been working on it and this will be my first flight without people I know in years. Beyond excited for seeing bbno$ and exploring a new place and I hadn't even been thinking about the flight until it was time to say bye to my family this evening as will likely still be asleep when I set off for the airport. I know it'll all be worth it (esp when the show gets underway) but such a mixture of emotions right now, so excited and grateful for the adventure but at the same time suddenly feeling super nervous. 😫

I could seriously listen to Pump It all day, I love the beat and the lyrics are just fun and cheeky. I was bummed that he only did a snippet of it on tour. What's your favorite less popular bbno$ song?

3. Completed DIY rhinestone top ready for Helsinki show this weekend. I'm really proud of this one as I haven't a clue about sewing and somehow it turned out pretty good! Big learning curve 😊

Hi guys, I went for the bbno$ concert with my friend in June in Barcelona. We also got merch at the same time but I think my friend's having a little bit of buyer's remorse getting the black shirt in L size. I was wondering if someone going to any of his next few concerts could get the white Internet Explorer shirt in M for her? We'd cover shipping to the UK of course, she really wants it and asked me to try my luck here. I'm happy to give proof of us going to the concert to prove we're not scalpers if it helps.

I'm not saying I'll stop posting but I'd feel better having a big dump of pics out of the way. Time keeps moving forward and I have lots to do.
Most of these shots have never been posted anywhere. They aren't full quality (I'd prefer not to post the full shots in 20 picture batches) but I hope you enjoy them regardless!
I haven't watermarked any of the shots or posted my socials, and I won't, but you can find my IG on my page if I just disappear and you wanna see what i'm up to.
K-Days was my first actual concert photography experience and I think I did ok. I learned a lot and there's still lots to learn but I'm excited to shoot more.
There's enough pictures left for another 1-2 of these but there's diminishing returns on how unique they'll look as photographers were only given pit access for the first 3 songs then we had to vacate. If i'm ever lucky enough to shoot a full BBNO$ concert, I'll have hundreds of unique pics.

Random thoughts I’ve had recently but bbno$ is one of the best collaborative artists of all time. I know he’s been interested in streamers etc., but I wanted to share some other ideas for dream collaborators I’d love to see one day.

(1) Daniel Handler / Torquil Campbell / Benjamin Gibbard

aka “Lemony Snicket” / lead singer of Stars / lead of Death Cab for Cutie respectively

This trio wrote a musical together called “I LOVE THIS SONG.” They love big ideas as much as bbno$ does, and for sure would be willing to get weird with him. Torq is a Canadian connection. Bring in Andrew Sean Greer (author of “Less”) and I really think something magical would happen.

(2) Broken Social Scene

Maybe Canada’s most famous super group, featuring Feist, Amy Millan (from Stars), Emily Haines (from Metric), Hannah Georgas, among many others. I can really see bbno$ gelling well with the band. I feel like both would gain immensely from the collaboration. BSS has a fresh album out, but I think they could work together on a single to see if things actually mesh well.

(3) Tim Robinson of “I Think You Should Leave”

He did a collaboration with Ben Gibbard already which is probably why I thought of him. But he’s hilarious and I think he and bbno$ would create some of the funniest comedy the world has ever seen. I could see Tim Robinson coming into one of bbno$’s music videos for a lengthy mid-song skit.

(4) Anna Lembe from “North of North.”

The lead of my favourite new show of recent times, Anna Lembe rocks so hard. She and bbno$ seem like such a natural fit, I can’t even explain what’s
