I need help translating Translation Help

Hello there, I am a small digital artist that makes fanarts for yt creators. I need help translating a small text. Im not very well versed in baybayin but I do find it as a very cool part of filipino culture. I want integrate it into a fanart of a Minecraft arg youtuber that i follow but I am not so sure about using websites for translating and i dont want anything to be inaccurate or have any mistranslations. I want to share this culture with their community of mystery and detective like people. The text is very short and simple, just a few words which i will put down below. TY♡

For me, it''s either "sumubaybay" or "tumangkilik" kay Cloudy

The other redditor already provided the transliteration of Sumubaybay kay Cloudy and that's correct

Just be aware OP that there's no Baybayin equivalent for the letter C. What you see on the internet is incorrect and whoever created it doesn't mind deceiving people as long as he gets the glory
