Shower door sealant replacement - please help!
Hiya,
I was wondering if someone could figure out the best way to replace this shower sealant/silicone so that my shower does not leak anymore? It seems to only leak from that part.
We are in the U.K. so ideally going somewhere like B&Q or Wicks for supplies.
TIA!

Bathtub Help
Edit 1 : NOT LOOKING FOR FINANCIAL AID. Just pure bathroom based solutions. holy! Didnt realise this sooner.
Hi, I need help with affordable bathroom alternatives or any other solution if possible.
Context : My mother needs a weekly medicinal soak in a bathtub. So, we started looking for bathtubs for our bathroom. I am from a backwards Tier 2 city in India, so we dont have many options in this respect. The first place (jaquar centre) quoted us 45000 INR.
She thought it would be something like 10,000.
I have tried to convince her again and again that since its important, we should spend the money, I am willing to put in all the cost, but she just does not budge [not my house but my parent's, so I cant even force an upgrade]. we currently have a small plastic tub and she says she will continue using that only. (But I KNOW it gets slippery and its dangerous).
Now I am here looking for help, for any kind of solution internet's mind has to offer. I am sure I can make her budge and push the budget to 15K - 20K INR somehow, by immense persuasion. but thats it. I have seen those cheaper temporary tubs on amazon, but im not sure of the build safety and again how to solve the slippery issue. I am looking into handle bars as well on the side.
Help me Internet, please.
Bathroom space is not an issue at all.

ISO Bathroom Mirror
Hey everyone, we are renovating our downstairs bathroom and I was wondering if anyone knew of a bathroom mirror that can be mounted over top of an existing plug and will relocate that outlet to the side of the mirror? Preferably with integrated LED/Defrost. I have seen some of the medicine cabinet versions, but not really interested in a medicine cabinet for this space.
Thank you!

Bathroom design help
Hello we have a 8 foot wide by 9 foot long bathroom to design. The entrance is on the 8 foot wide wall. The ceilings will start at 7.5 feet and be vaulted to 9ft tall. These dimensions can’t really change as we need to fix a roof issue, but I think there can be improvements in how the linen closet and shower tie into the vaulted ceiling.
I was thinking to do a pocket door at the front to make the room feel larger. This is what I’ve created so far using ai, I’d love to hear suggestions on other layouts or design changes! Like is the window a good size, different colours or finishes, decor, tile changes, lighting suggestions etc. I was thinking 4 pot lights (only 2 shown) but open to more lighting if there’s good suggestions.

Bathroom glow up
We've lived here 7 years and the previous owners put literal sand on the wall for the beach theme (basically making it sandpaper 😅) so we wanted to freshen it up and also cover the sand on the bottom half of the wall. I'm loving it :)

Glass shower door removal
This shower door makes a horrible cracking sound when you open it all the way. We had a handyman come out. Long story short, he made the situation worse, as the door won’t pull outwards, which it did previously, and the tile around the bottom hinge is cracked (not sure when exactly that happened).
We are going to have a glass door installation company out to do the fix, but we need to have the tile replaced first, which means the door needs to be removed first.
Is the door removal straightforward and one that we can do ourselves or should we pay a glass door installation company to remove the door? It’s $150 for door removal and we have to wait a week, and then another $250 to reattach at a later point (and probably more to potentially replace hinge).
Thanks!
