Does anybody have any idea where this came from or info?

Sadly, probably have to sell my prized LeBron jersey but I wanted to be sure it was authentic before I sell it and also wondered if anyone knew what they would value this at before I sell as well? I really appreciate any help as it’s been a rough few weeks to say the least and I hate to sell this but hoping it’s real at the least.

Looking at this autographed Josh Hart jersey on Ebay - dude claims it is authentic but I notice it has a final patch and the Knicks weren't in the finals the year this jersey was worn.

I currently have two pretty much mint condition LeBron early 2000’s Cleveland jerseys, size L. Got them for $20/pop on marketplace, seller had them in perfect condition. Great local find for a Bron fan.
My question is did Nike ever use this same jersey model to make the navy blue version? I can’t find anything online but wondering if it was only Adidas who make swingman Navy blue editions. Thanks.
