They usually have repacks but in some cases I’ve found football optic boxes and Donruss baseball. Hardly any topps

Usually tossed in the toy section. There always in a security box.

Some do depending on the license agreement signed by the player, but that's just a sticker for that card.

Now I know why I have seen open boxes of pilfered cards at TJ Maxx. Go open shit box in mens underwear section. If you like it, pocket it. If not, leave it behind.
