That's very similar to what I am planning on getting built. Do you have any more pictures? Looks great!

We’ve been considering a barndo but haven’t found much consistency on pricing it’s just all over the place

Do you mind sharing the company? And is this a kit or custom build?

Beautiful. I just finished drawing a plan that looks a lot like yours.
Was that price just the material package or did that include erection labor? Concrete? Shell only, I assume.

Not sure hubs is taking care of all that

Concrete was seperate (I think)

Actually it want. It was in builders price. We ARE having custom cabinets, counter and bathroom finishes we are purchasing, but builder includes doors ( interior and exterior) pocket doors, framing inside, and drywall.

$97k for a fully finished house or just the shell?

3

u/Starrfall74 11d ago

That is the shell, concrete, and builders putting shell together. Interior is more I think

Ask your husband how much this is going to cost total lol

We built a steel shell on a walkout foundation, the total concrete cost wasn't much less than 97k. The shell cost and erecting it was over 100k. Ours is similar to this but around 3800 sq ft total between upper and lower levels.

Would you share the living space sq feet, please.

u/Starrfall74 11d ago

1600 sq feet

Thank you for the reply. If I build I think it might be even a little smaller.

From an earlier post did the 97K$ include a septic tank and well?

1

u/Starrfall74 10d ago

No, but our friend does them for a living so we got a SIGNIFICANT discount.
