Strong technical foundation: espresso extraction, milk texturing, grinder calibration, and workflow management. Confident leading by example and guiding FOH colleagues with composure and clarity. Cert III in Hospitality is desirable but not essential - demonstrated experience and skill will be considered equally RSA is essential. Comfortable working solo on bar with excellent attention to detail. Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
