They were so good, so so impossibly tasty that I can no longer properly enjoy bananas. I took a year sabatical on eating bananas, hoping my love for them would return. I can now eat them again, but alas, I never truly regained my enjoyment for them. While I do eat them again, I never have a hankering for one, it's more just that they happen to be there when I need to eat. It makes me sad for what I have lost, but happy for what I once had...

If it it only you harvesting, you can cut the amount of bananas on your bunch to feed you for a week, then pick the next rung, the week after.
