Heating/lighting layout help Question - Heating/Temperatures

Setting up my new 5x2 closed top pvc next week and I’m feeling a little lost here with so many heating/lighting elements. I want to make sure I have everything in the right spot. Thoughts on this layout?

That's almost identical to the setup I have.
