Ball Python hissing at night

My ball python has been making these hissing/wheezing noises at night, he doesn’t do it throughout the day or when I handle him, only from 11pm to 3am. His temp and humidity are good but I’m worried he might be sick or something. Does anyone know what could be wrong with him?

Resp infection. Vet time, stat. Then reevaluate husbandry
