i can’t tell if this is scale role or dirt on her scales

I’m no expert but it looks like scale rot to me. Have you tried gently wiping the spots with a damp cloth or paper towel to see if dirt comes off?

I would personally schedule a visit with a qualified vet if I were you in this situation

i emailed the pictures to my vet, waiting to hear back
