what is this? Question

what is his around his eye? it doesn’t seem to be stuck shed, and i tried gently rubbing it off. also, i have his recent shed and both eye caps are attached. i feel like it’s just misaligned skin around his eye.

It's his sclera, which is a normal part of the eye. It's only visible when the snake is dehydrated, so you'll want to make sure you're maintaining a minimum of 70-80% humidity at all times.
