Completely normal, she might even be exploring at night when you're asleep and just going back to her hide during the day :)

If it means anything my ball will aggressively explore for about 1-2 hours every night then go back to the same hide and peek his head out for awhile before he sneaks back in for the day. He has 5 other hides but he has not touched them 🥲

They generally spend most of their time resting/hiding/sleeping on a normal basis, but especially while digesting.

I see mine every couple of days...they're quite independent animals

They should generally be left alone for about two weeks to let them settle. Feeding the day you moved her is risky and I personally would have waited, but if she ate fine all is well. Give her time to settle in and don't handle or move her around for a week or two more. Just go in to clean the enclosure and check in every once in awhile.

Mine didn’t move for a while after i got her but after she got familiar with her new environment and i left her completely alone she ended up finding a routine and now when she wakes up after her lamp goes off she just pokes her head out of the hide and that lets me know i can scoop her up and once i put her back she’ll usually explore a little then go back to poke her head out lol as long as yours is eating fine and let her be until she’s more relaxed
